ARRAIGNMENTS

GOUONI, Nicholas J, 35, 20 Edgarton Dr, Apt 2D, N. Falmouth; violating an abuse prevention order, February 12 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 15.

JORDAO, Claudio V, 17, 411 Lincoln Rd Ext, Hyannis; person under 21 in possession of alcohol; bar noise violation, February 10 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 20.  According to police reports, a Barnstable officer was dispatched to Lincoln Road Extension after a caller reported a "large party" at 10:30 PM.  En route to the call, the officer was informed by a patrolman there were "about two hundred kids" at the house.  Three Barnstable officers, along with an unidentified number of Street Crime Unit officers knocked on the door, then entered the dwelling.  The report states they found seventy-five teenagers in the basement, "an abundance" of alcoholic beverages throughout and a "strong odor of marijuana."  Jordao, one of the two residents at the house indicated to officers he was from New York.  He was arrested.  His roommate exited his locked bedroom and was also arrested.

RIX, Loretta M, 25, 34 Yarmouth Rd, Apt 7, Hyannis; receiving a stolen motor vehicle, February 12 in Barnstable.  Co-defendant with WAIVEN.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 4.

RIX, same.  Improper use of a credit card over $250, December 23 2011 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 4.

ROSE, Shane C, 38, 44 Baxter Ave, W. Yarmouth; breaking & entering at nighttime for felonious purposes; violating an abuse prevention order; destruction of property over $250; vandalizing property, February 12 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for February 16.

SPANOGHE, Steven H, 48, 35 Pleasant St, Apt 6, Hyannis; intimidating a witness, January 22 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for March 9.

TATRO, Tanner, 17, 230 Gosnold St, Apt 12A, Hyannis; carrying a dangerous weapon, a switchblade, February 11 in Barnstable. Pretrial conference scheduled for April 4.

WARREN, Tyashia M, 22, 215 Main St, Apt 2H, Hyannis; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle; receiving a stolen motor vehicle; larceny of a motor vehicle; larceny over $250; larceny under $250, February 12 in Barnstable.  Co-defendant with RIX. Pretrial conference scheduled for March 7.  According to a Supplemental Narrative police report, Warren was arrested along with RIX in possession of a stolen motor vehicle.  Police advised the victim they had recovered his stolen Toyota RAV4. He was transported to the recovery scene without being provided with any further information.  The victim identified Warren on sight as "the girl that stole my car and all the money from my wallet last night!"  He stated he had met the previous evening for the first time, did not know her and had no relationship with her.

ANDERSON, Thomas T, 51, 160 Lincoln Rd, Hyannis; intimidating a witness; Class E drug possession, January 26 in Barnstable.  Intimidating a witness, guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Ninety days house of correction, ten days credit; committed.

BRODEUR, Blaise, 50, 5 Shoal Hope Dr, Harwich; fugitive from justice on court warrant, February 5 in Barnstable.  Dismissed.

GALLAGHER, Sharon R, 25, 761 Depot St, Harwich; OUI liquor; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; marked lanes violation; speeding, February 11 in Yarmouth.  OUI, admitted to sufficient facts.  24D program.  Continued without a finding, continued for payment until February 12 2013.  Negligent operation, dismissed.  Marked lanes, speeding, not responsible.

MCNEIL, Heather A, 30, 2661 Main St, Chatham; larceny over $250, amended to larceny under $250, January 6 in Barnstable.  Guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  Filed until May 11.

ORTIZ, Angel T, 17, 6 Nightingale Dr, Yarmouth; assault with a dangerous weapon, a knife, May 18 2011 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial probation until February 13 2013.

STEPHENS, Justin, 22, 8 Orr's Ave, Hyannis; breaking & entering a vehicle or boat for felonious purposes, amended to breaking & entering a vehicle or boat for misdemeanor; attempting to commit a crime, January 5 in Barnstable.  Both counts, admitted to sufficient facts.  Both counts, continued without a finding, continued for payment until February 8 2013.  Probation on each count until February 8 2013, concurrent.

STEPHENS, same.  Class B drug possession; larceny from a person, amended to larceny under $250, January 9 in Barnstable.  Both counts, admitted to sufficient facts.  Both counts, continued without a finding, continued for payment until February 8 2013, concurrent @12CR0060, above.

TROP, Marissa E, 19, 272b Oak St, Harwich; assault & battery, December 22 2011 in Yarmouth.  Dismissed.
