ARRAIGNMENTS

COOKINGHAM, Hans G, 27, 485 N. Dennis Rd, Yarmouth; OUI liquor, second offense; state highway traffic violation, March 18 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 24.

GATTO, Mario D, 29, 291 Long Pond Rd, Marstons Mills; Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, cocaine; conspiracy to violate drug laws; marked lanes violation, March 16 in Barnstable.  Co-defendant with SANTOS and HENDRICKS.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 18.  According to police reports, a Yarmouth officer and a Barnstable County deputy sheriff assigned to the Barnstable Street Crime Unit (SCU) were traveling on Bearse's Way in the direction of Route 28.  In front of them was a brown 1996 Jeep Cherokee.  Both observed the Cherokee cross marked lanes.  The officers activated their flashing blue lights and siren, but the driver, Gatto, did not stop for about one hundred yards.  A third SCU officer summoned to the scene saw a rear passenger crushing a bag of white powder in his hand.  Gatto was found with eight grams of cocaine on his person.  He was arrested.

GORMAN, Stephen A, 23, 21 Pimlico Pond Rd, Forestdale; unarmed burglary; receiving stolen property over $250, March 16 in Sandwich.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 4.  According to police reports, the owner of a local residence informed Sandwich officers she had observed items in her home she believed to be stolen.  These included three laptops on the floor, a green afghan covered with leaves and numerous CDs.  A homeowner identified all these items as belonging to him.  Gorman was arrested.

LEVESQUE, Lindsay C, 28, 38 Bodfish Pl, Hyannis; two counts, Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, suboxone; conspiracy to violate drug laws, March 16 in Barnstable.  Co-defendant with ALVES.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 23.

MCCRA, Jose A, 28, 53 Lewis Rd, Yarmouth; assault & battery, March 18 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 23.

NEWELL, Christopher M, 21, 21 Silver Ln, Hyannis; carrying a firearm without a license; possessing a large capacity firearm, two .32 caliber semi-automatic handguns/9mm high capacity handguns; conspiracy to violate drug laws; firearm violation with three prior violations, December 7 2011 in Barnstable.  Nolle prosequi, all counts.  No further information.

ROLFE, Daniel F, 44, 70 Lewis St, Hyannis; violating an abuse prevention order, November 11 2011 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 19.

TIVEY, Jeffrey C, 27, 32 Winslow Gray Rd, Yarmouth; OUI drugs; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; marked lanes violation; license not in possession; Class E drug possession, trazodone, March 19 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for April 19.  Trazodone is a prescription medication used in the treatment of depression and anxiety.

DISPOSITIONS

MELL, Monica H, 30, 74 Brewster Rd, Mashpee; assault & battery on ambulance personnel; resisting arrest, January 8 in Barnstable.  Pretrial probation until September 18 on both counts, no conditions.

RODRIGUES, Anahi L, 39 Yearling Rn, Bourne; assault & battery, January 7 in Barsnstable.  Guilty plea.  Guilty finding.  One year house of correction, seventy-two days credit, balance suspended four months.  Continued without a finding until October 22 2013.  Probation until October 22 2013, concurrent @ 11CR2203.

WOODS, Alan W, 50, 6 Bliscott Ave, Yarmouth; assault & battery, October 3 2011 in Yarmouth.  Bench trial.  Not guilty.
