BROOKS, Wendy M, 34, 100 Homeport Dr, Hyannis; breaking & entering a building at nighttime for felonious purposes; larceny from a building, October 5 2011 in Brewster.  Both counts, guilty plea.  Both counts, guilty finding.  Two and one-half years house of correction on each count, concurrent; forty-five days credit, six months to be served.  Sentence suspended until March 27 2015.  Probation until March 27 2015.

MARQUES, Jon G, 47, 396 Old Comers Rd, Chatham; assault & battery on a 60+/disabled person with injury, amended to assault & battery on a 60+/disabled person; breaking & entering a building at nighttime for felonious purposes; assault & battery, December 31 2011 in Chatham.  Jury trial.  Assault & battery on a 60+/disabled person, assault & battery, both guilty plea.  Both guilty finding.  Eighteen months house of correction, suspended for eighteen months.  Probation until September 26 2013.  Breaking & entering, dismissed.

MARQUES, same.  Two counts, assault with a dangerous weapon on a person 60+; three counts, threatening to commit a crime, October 23 2010 in Chatham.  Final disposition:  probation terminated.  Defendant discharged.

SCOBIE, Daniel M, 34, 9 Ginger Plum Ln, S. Yarmouth; malicious destruction of property under $250; disorderly conduct, October 7 2011 in Provincetown.  To be dismissed upon letter of apology by April 2.

SCOBIE, same.  Assault & battery, July 13 2011 in Dennis.  Admitted to sufficient facts.  Continued without a finding until September 25 2013.  Anger management.  Stay away from victim.  Letter of apology by April 2.
