COLLITO, Nicholas C, 24, 50 South St, Dennis; OUI drugs; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; child endangerment while OUI; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, April 7 in Dennis.  Bench trial.  All counts, admitted to sufficient facts.  Child endangerment, dismissed.  Other counts, 24D program.  Continued without a finding until April 9 2013.

HESTER, Jill L, 56, 646 Great Fields Rd, Brewster; OUI liquor; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, April 3 in Brewster.  OUI, negligent operation, admitted to sufficient facts.  24D program.  Continued without a finding until April 9 2013.

SIEKMAN, David A, 36, 25 Sanderson Pl, Brighton; open and gross lewdness, January 1 2011 in Harwich.  Dismissed.

SIMMONS, David T, 55, 385 Shurtleff Rd, Eastham; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; no sticker, October 16 2011 in Orleans.  Both counts dismissed.
