MARCUS, Nicholas C, 30, 170 Old King's Rd, Cotuit; Class E drug possession with intent to distribute, Adderall and Tramadol; Class D drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana, April 18 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 14.  According to police reports, Barnstable officers assigned to the Street Crimes Unit pulled over a gray Pontiac with a broken left brake light.  The driver, Marcus, reached under his car seat during the traffic stop.  One officer spotted an orange Adderall capsule "in plain sight" under the car radio.  Marcus was arrested.

MATTISON, Aniela B, 21, 60 Fresh Holes Rd, Hyannis; assault with a dangerous weapon, a large knife; assault & battery, April 18 in Barnstable.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 14.

TUBBS, Peter C, 41, 257 Higgins Crowell Rd, W. Yarmouth; OUI liquor, third offense; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; unregistered motor vehicle; number plate violation, April 18 in Yarmouth.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 16.

WOOLLAM, Kaitlynn E, 21, 28 Alicia Rd, Hyannis; breaking & entering at daytime for felonious purposes; larceny over $250, December 10 2011 in Barnstable.  Co-defendant with DEGRACE JR.  Pretrial conference scheduled for May 22.
