Hospital seeks cancer care feedback

Cape Cod Healthcare calls on community to complete online survey

Cape Cod Healthcare is requesting feedback from patients and their family members about their experiences with cancer care at Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital.

According to a release from Cape Cod Healthcare, the online Community Cancer Care Survey is confidential and will be available via their website until August 14, 2013.

Feedback from survey participants will be used to better understand the experiences of patients as relates to cancer care at the hospitals. 

You can let Cape Cod Healthcare know what they can do to better support patients and their loved ones by answering the survey here.  The survey consists of 11 questions.
