Forty-two Cape Cod Community College students inducted into Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society

Students must maintain a 3.25 GPA to remain a member

Cape Cod Community College Monday announced the names of the 42 newest members of Phi Theta Kappa. Phi Theta Kappa is the national honor society for 2-year associate degree colleges.

The students who hail from Orleans to Pocasset and points beyond the bridges, were all inducted into to Alpha Upsilon Mu Chapter of PTK this fall.

Eligible students must achieve a 3.5 GPA to qualify and maintain a 3.25 GPA to remain a PTK member, according to a CCCC release.

In addition to excelling in their classes at Cape Cod Community College, Alpha Upsilon Mu members volunteer as tour guides, event ushers and peer tutors.
