Phase 3 Commercial Street Construction UPDATE
Due to the change in weather patterns which is bringing in cooler weather as well as the chance of snow to our West and North our staff is getting very concerned with sticking to the planned schedule. Our designated contractor RB Our Company has decided to continue working this coming Friday November 25th and Saturday November 26th from 7am to 3pm. This is a change from our previous plan.
This work will consist of roadway excavation and placement of stone reservoir in the area on Commercial Street between Kiley Court and Dyer Street. No excavation work will take place beyond Dyer Street but trucks will be using this area to get to the work site.

  • Commercial Street is open between Howland Street and Bangs Street with temporary pavement, however there is no access to Bangs Street from Commercial and vise versa.
  • Commercial Street is and will remain closed from Bangs Street to Dyer Street until it is paved.

Regular construction will resume on Monday November 28th.
We truly regret this inconvenience but trust you understand our situation.

We wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving.
