Brooks Free Library resumes Book-A-Librarian program

Make an appointment with a library staffer for tech help

Brooks Free Library is excited to announce the return of its Book-a-Librarian program. Under this program, library cardholders can book a one-on-one appointment with a trained member of library staff for a more personalized opportunity to answer their technology questions.

Areas of interest that staff members are prepared to assist patrons with include email and internet basics, ebook downloading, introductory lessons to Windows and iOS devices, and social media account help.

Appointments last for thirty minutes, and will cover one device and one question. Each patron who uses the program is entitled to a thirty minute follow up phone call or meeting where they can review the material covered in their initial appointment.

To schedule your first Book-a-Librarian appointment, please visit brooksfreelibary.org and follow the links on the main page. If you have additional questions regarding the program feel free to contact the library by phone at 508.430.7562, or by email at [email protected].
