From the National Weather Service:

A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect for the South Coast of RI and MA through 9 am. This covers from Westerly and Newport to New Bedford and Wareham, as well as Cape Cod and the Islands. Here are a few visibility reports from 4 am. The fog will move away later this morning.

Otherwise, this will be a fine day with temperatures warming into the lower 60s. The South Coast, where the wind is off the water, will be cooler, with highs in the upper 40s and 50s. We've included a map of the expected high temps.

The record high for today at T.F. Green Airport in Warwick is 60, and the record high at Worcester Airport is 61. Both of these records have a chance of being surpassed. The record at Logan Airport in Boston is 65, and the record at Bradley International Airport is 68. These latter two records will be more difficult to surpass. All four of these records were established in 1990.
