Job #1 - Administrative Assistant - Lower Cape Full Time: Perform administrative and office support activities. Make travel, meeting and event arrangements. Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence. Maintain data and supporting information in internal property management database system. Project coordination experience and following-through on projects to successful completion. Knowledge of property management and leasing or affordable housing a plus. Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software (Microsoft Office Suite MSWord, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook). Bachelor's degree and additional qualification as personal assistant - At least 1-2 year(s). Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. Job #2 - Community Services Case Manager - Mid Cape Full Time: The Community Services Case Managers work within Community Support Program. Staff assist clients of all ages who are considered to be at risk within the community. Applicants who have prior experience with either residential treatment or substance abuse treatment are preferred. The program provides a home-based case management service that encompasses the clients’ entire health profile, in order to reduce the number of hospitalizations and improve clients’ ability to function in the community. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and previous experience with direct care. Spanish-speaking and Portuguese-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
