Boston’s Berklee College of Music Faculty Concert - Premiere Cape Cod Performance - The Cape Cod Museum of Art 

THE BERKLEE FACULTY PROJECT - Saturday, APRIL 29TH, 2017, 7:30 pm   Tickets $25, $20 members & Students

A quartet of internationally renowned musicians who are faculty members of the Berklee College of Music in Boston will perform their premiere Cape Cod concert during ArtSpring Cape Cod, In their first performance on the Cape, Marco Pignatoro, Laslo Gardony, Bruno Raberg and Ron Savage will bring an exciting and adventurous program of virtuoso improvisations and original compositions to music lovers at the Cape Cod Museum of Art (CCMOA)..

Berklee College of Music is the world's largest independent music school and the premier institution for the study of today's music. This very special concert brings together four outstanding musicians and composers to perform in the intimate setting of the Museum's Gallery, surrounded by a national juried exhibition whose theme is Freedom of Expression.

The BERKLEE FACULTY PROJECT's performance is one of the first major events of the ArtSpring Cape Cod Festival, being held April 27 - May 7. The Festival is a celebration of Cape Cod’s arts and culture with over 40 participating arts organizations responding to its highly relevant theme, "Freedom of Expression."

Founded by artists in 198l, the Cape Cod Museum of Art preserves and celebrates the distinctive artistic heritage of Cape Cod, Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard.  CCMoA is a major center of cultural growth and creativity offering year-round in-depth art exhibitions, educational programs and social events. The museum is supported in part by the Massachusetts Cultural Council and the Arts Foundation of Cape Cod. 

CCMoA is located at 60 Hope Lane, just off Route 6A, in the same complex as the Cape Cinema and the Cape Cod Playhouse in Dennis, MA. Hours are 10 am to 5 pm Tuesday through Saturday and noon to 5 pm on Sunday.. Admission is $9, $7 for seniors and students 19+ with school ID, $5 for students 13 to 18, and free for children 12 & under.
