Job #1 - Treasurer/Tax Collector - Lower Cape Full Time: Seeking a qualified individual for the municipal Treasurer/Tax Collector position. The position is responsible for overseeing the town investments, cash management, R/E, P/E, and MVE billing preparation, all revenue collection activities, and managing all town debt services. The Treasurer/Collector department takes charge of all money belonging to the town with responsibility for all cash, disbursements, investments, and debt. The department issues and collects all real estate, personal property, motor vehicle excise, boat excise, water and sewer bills, and betterments, and manages such monies using approved banking and investment systems and procedures. The position requires a bachelor's degree with a concentration on accounting or finance, and at least five years of progressively responsible experience in municipal government in the treasury and/or collector function. A municipal Treasurer and Collector certificate is desirable. Salary is $72,987.20 to $88,940.80 plus benefits and a pension.

Job #2 - Branch Manager - Upper Cape Full Time: Manages the delivery of customer first service excellence. Responsible for the administration of sales, service, operational efficiency, risk applications, internal control and Human Resources management activities to meet bank objectives for the branch. Develops a culture within the branch in which quality and continuous improvement on all performance accountabilities are understood and utilized by all employees. Ensures the team is focused on the acquisition of new business and personal relationships and the retention and expansion of existing relationships. Minimum of 1 year of sales management in banking or financial services environment or 5+ years of experience in retail sales management. Graduation from a nationally recognized sales management trainee program. Proven capacity to manage a sales process within an incentive based environment. Leadership skills and demonstrated experience mentoring and developing a team.
