Job #1 - Lead Member Service Representative - Mid Cape Full Time: Delivers excellent service to all members, guests, and program participants. Responds to member and guest needs, promotes memberships and programs, and maintains cleanliness and organization of the lobby area. Assists content creators with Facebook posts. Accurately process and receipt all transactions following company procedures. Conduct interviews and/or tours responsive to the needs of prospective members; sells memberships. Handles and resolves membership concerns and informs supervisor of unusual situations or unresolved issues. Assists with staff scheduling, recordkeeping, maintenance of membership files, and processes financial aid requests while using discretion and judgment in handling confidential information. Previous Membership Representative or equivalent: 2 years of experience, computer literate. Pay is $11.33 to $14.81 per hour.

Job #2 - Overnight Child Care Worker - Lower Cape 9081950 Full Time: Promote a physically safe and emotionally healthy environment while supervising students during evening residential activities and overnight sleeping hours. High School degree or GED required. One-year human service experience preferred. Must exhibit ambulatory ability sufficient to physically intervene in instances of extreme behavior that might jeopardize the safety of students and staff. Valid Driver's License required.
