Job #1 – Mover/Packer - Outer Cape Full Time: Will be packing, wrapping, boxing, padding household goods and furnishings. Loading and unloading trucks. Assisting Local drivers (with possibility of interstate travel). We have CDL and non-CDL trucks. CDL License is not required, but is preferred. Must be neat and organized individuals self-motivated. Your day starts at 8am - until finish, Monday - Saturday. Pay is $15-$18 per hour.

Job #2 - Production Assistant - Upper Cape Full Time: Responsible for daily operations of the Production and Mailing Department including fulfillment and mail metering equipment operations. Function as the Production Coordinator back up. Organize projects to ensure accurate and efficient assembly and mailing. Process and print client sample and actual badges, tickets, cover and visa letters. Primary operator of the Neopost folder-inserter and mail metering machines. Set and maintain automation compatible material standards. Present guidelines to event services teams. Schedule preventative maintenance and service calls for mailing machines. Perform final Inspect of completed fulfillment packages for accuracy and quality prior to metering. Primary owner of on-demand automated mailing programs such as Primed Regionals. Backup to Production Coordinator and Event Materials Procurement positions. Attend project meetings, offer solution based recommendations and input. Pack and transport event mailing bins and flats to local post office responsibilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities challenges and deadlines effectively and efficiently. Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must be able to stand for extended/long periods of time and lift 30 lbs. Education High school diploma is required.

Job #2 - Receptionist - Upper Cape Full Time: This Front Desk position is 8-5 Monday, 8-5 Tuesday, 1-7 Wednesday, 8-7 Thursday, 8-12 Saturday. Greet visitors, clients and patients; Register patients and notify appropriate staff of their arrival; Answer and transfer telephone calls. Schedule and confirm appointments for patients; Process patient insurance; Administrative tasks such as filing, copying and scanning; Collect payments from patients; Maintain accurate accounts and patient records; Collect updated insurance information; Collect personal data and new patient forms. Good communication and listening skills; Computer and word-processing skills; Planning and organizational skills; Ability to be discreet and maintain confidential information; Previous experience in a dental office preferred, but not required. Have a pleasant and efficient manner; Be able to multitask and work well under pressure; and be sensitive to the needs of people of all ages, cultures and lifestyles. Pay is $17-$20 per hour depending on experience with benefits.

Job #3 - Office Assistant - Mid Cape Part-Time: Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member, take and distribute accurate messages, receive, sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail for distribution, update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information. Must have good verbal and written communication skills; MSWord & Excel and the ability to do data entry, quickly and accurately. 24-32 hours per week. and pay is $14.00-$20.00 per hour.
