Some duties will include: Greeting patients; scheduling appointments; maintaining records and accounts. Answering phones, taking messages and transferring calls. Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient's arrival. Medical Office Receptionist Skills and Qualifications: Multi-tasking, Flexibility, Telephone Skills, Customer Service, Time Management, Organization, Attention to Detail, Scheduling, Word Processing, Professionalism, Quality Focus. Previous medical experience and knowledge of HIPAA is helpful! Medical Receptionist: 1 year. Pay is $14.00 per hour.

Job #2 - Preventative Utility Worker - Mid Cape 9285119 Full Time: Sweeps and cleans interior of bus, including lavatories, washes exterior of bus. Fuels and checks all oil levels, water levels, heaters, defrosters, lights, windshield wipers and washers, fuses and fire extinguishers, tires for proper pressure and defects, wheel lugs, brakes, clutch, drains air tanks and adds alcohol as required, etc. Responsible for keeping the premises clean; performs all non-skilled labor as instructed by supervisory personnel. It does need the individual to obtain a CDL license within 30 days after start and the company will help train once they get the permit. They will be driving the buses in and out of the garage. Hours will generally be 4:30 pm to 1:00 am during the week and 5:00 pm to 1:30 am on the weekends with Wednesday and Thursdays off. Pay is $17.50 - $20.75 per hour and full benefits.

Job #3 - Instructor of Performing Arts and Wellness - Lower Cape 9293034 Full Time: Teach extracurricular activities such as drama, dance, music, voice, musical instruments, art, yoga and mindfulness. Accommodate and modify the curriculum to meet the needs of our individuals. Organize special events to showcase class projects and expose students to performing arts inside our facility and within the community. Requirements include experience teaching, modifying and adapting curriculum to individuals with special needs in performing arts and wellness activities. The ability to role model skills in areas such as voice, dance, drama and various physical wellness activities such as yoga. Bachelor/Masters in Education and/or related certifications are preferred. The ability to handle children in crisis safely, with compassion. MA driver’s license required. Salary is $38,980 and full benefits.
