Job #1 - Mailroom/Production Assistant - Upper Cape Full Time: Responsible for daily operations of the Production and Mailing Department including fulfillment and mail metering equipment operations. Organize projects to ensure accurate and efficient assembly and mailing. Process and print client sample and actual badges, tickets, cover and visa letters. Perform final Inspect of completed fulfillment packages for accuracy and quality prior to metering. Pack and transport event mailing bins and flats to local post office. Excellent organization, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality. Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must be able to stand for extended/long periods of time and lift 30 lbs. High school diploma is required. Pay is $15 per hour plus benefits.

Job #2 - Family Support Specialist – Mid Cape Full Time: Family Support Specialist is responsible for providing appropriate, efficient services to families for the purpose of accessing early education and care resources including information and referral, state funded subsidy, and consumer education. This includes, but is not limited to, meeting with families, assessing their specific early education and care needs, assessing their eligibility for child care tuition assistance, assisting families in identifying an appropriate provider or other appropriate resources, issuing child care vouchers, and providing consumer education such as information on EEC initiatives and QRIS. The Family Support Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely maintenance of all data (electronic and hard copy) generated by these activities. Must have excellent Customer Service and Computer Skills. Salary is: $23,000 to $34,000 per year with benefits.
