Job #1 - Administrative Assistant - Upper Cape Full Time: Administer all aspects of the Contracts Department daily administrative routines. Perform general clerical duties (typing, filing, photocopying and scanning); Generate memos, emails and reports when needed; Coordinate and maintain records; Assist with producing training materials and Maintain Contracts Calendar for key renewal dates and deadlines. Fully proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. Candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities change rapidly and should have a proven ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and meet tight deadlines. Pay is $18.26 - $19.71 per hour with an excellent benefit package.

Job #2 - Accountant - Mid Cape Upper Cape Full Time: Prepare and process month end close functions, create journal entries, maintain proper supporting documentation and prepare gross margin reports. Assist with external audits, budget and forecasting processes. Prepare internal and external financial statements. Cost accounting, cost analysis and sales and tax reporting. Monitor cycle count program. Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time. Proficient with Microsoft Office; Understanding of GAAP. Effectively perform additional assignments designated by the CFO. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a minimum 3 years accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
