Job #1 - Administrative Assistant - Upper Cape Full Time: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for basic office support, including receiving and routing mail, telephone calls and visitors, ordering supplies, data entry, typing and basic bookkeeping. Qualified candidates will have one year of experience in fundamental business functions. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate’s Degree in business/bookkeeping and/or secretarial functions preferred and may be substituted for some experience. Must be computer literate, particularly word processing, spreadsheets and experienced in basic business functions. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required.

Job #2 - Banquet Manager - Mid Cape Full Time: Seeking an experienced Banquet Manager at our full service resort & spa. Responsibilities include: Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the hotel's banquet set-up department *Scheduling, interviewing, training and on-going evaluations of all banquet staff *Monitor Banquet Event Orders to ascertain equipment and staffing needs *Work with other F&B managers to ensure overall guest satisfaction *Comply with weekly and monthly forecasting procedures *Be visible during all events and assist staff as needed. Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. Required experience: Banquet Management: 3 years.
