Here we go again, Winter Storm & Coastal Flood Watches have been posted for Wed into early Thu. This includes most of MA RI and CT including the cities of Boston, Providence and Hartford for the potential of 6+ inches of snow & strong winds. Low risk for isolated power outages across RI and eastern MA

Editor's Note:  For our area a coastal flood advisory is up but a winter storm watch has NOT been posted.  National Weather Service's current briefing includes no discussion about snow on the Cape.  The local forecast below appears to point to minimal snowfall.  This situation can change, so stay tuned.

Clear, with a low around 24. Northwest wind 7 to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 22 mph.
Tuesday
Mostly sunny, with a high near 37. Northwest wind around 5 mph becoming light and variable in the afternoon.
Tuesday Night
A chance of snow after 1am, mixing with rain after 5am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 32. Northeast wind 7 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.
Wednesday
Rain and snow. High near 36. Breezy, with a northeast wind 21 to 25 mph, with gusts as high as 47 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.
Wednesday Night
Rain and snow, mainly before 4am. Low around 35. Windy, with a north wind around 26 mph, with gusts as high as 50 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%.
Thursday
A chance of rain and snow, mainly before 9am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 39. Breezy. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
Thursday Night
Mostly cloudy, with a low around 33.
