Job #1 – Residential CDL Truck Driver – Upper Cape Full Time: A Residential Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating a front, side, or rear loading truck, and providing prompt, courteous and complete waste removal services for customers who reside on a designated route. Operate manual and/or automatic controls in accordance with Company safety policies and procedures to lift and load refuse, operate compactor and dispose of collected material at the designated facility. Class B or higher Commercial Driver’s license with air brakes endorsement. Salary range floats between $17.00 and $34.00 per hour based on the client being served, includes full benefits, and a $2000 sign on bonus.

Job #2 – Section Foreman (Custodial) – Mid Cape Full Time: Provides professional, administrative, managerial, technical, supervisory, and skilled hands on work in planning/managing the care and cleaning of buildings and facilities. Must have High School diploma. Additional training/education in building maintenance preferred. More than five (5) years of supervisory experience, and experience in custodial/maintenance management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Class D driver’ s license required. Pesticide applicators license required. Working knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing programs. Proven ability to manage and implement a large municipal-scale custodial/building maintenance program. Salary is $1167.68 per week with generous benefits. APPLICATION DEADLINE MAY 15, 2018

Job #3 – Maintenance Assistant – Lower Cape Full Time: Performs general carpentry, repairs and maintenance functions on properties & structures. Works as part of maintenance team to repair, maintain and restore facilities and property. Performs various custodial duties as required to include painting, small electrical repairs, seasonal maintenance. Performs varied landscaping tasks as needed. Checks and clears roads and road drains as is appropriate per season. Checks chemicals and water levels in pool(s) and hot tub as needed. Must have a High School diploma or GED, have a familiarity with carpentry practices, able to deal with people in a friendly manner, and be mature and responsible with ability to work alone. Salary range is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour with some benefits.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service. Successful candidate will be responsible, energetic, and possess great customer service skills. May open and close store, assist customers at the counter, assemble and bag customer orders. Must keep store tidy according to company policies. Willingness to travel to any of our local locations as needed. Valid Driver’s License required.
