Job #1 – Administrative Assistant – Mid Cape Full Time: Responsible for welcoming and assisting patients. Assists clinical and medical staff with their requests. Triaging and processing telephone calls for multiple types of patients and services. Checking insurance eligibility and benefits for all patients daily. Referral tracking and authorizations. A degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting or Health Care Administration is preferred, although work experience in a medical office at a suitable level of responsibility may be substituted. Computer literate and experience with Microsoft Office and the internet. EMR experience preferred. Proficient typing skills required.

Job #2 – Case Manager – Lower Cape Full Time: Conducts assessments, determines eligibility for various programs, develops individualized case plans, links individuals and families with community-based housing and service resources, assists in budgeting and manages access to financial assistance funds. Provides comprehensive case management services in conjunction with community partners. Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred, but consideration given to candidates with extensive experience. Case Management and/or client intake experience of 5 years preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office, a valid MA driver’s license and provide own transportation.
