Eastham Firefighters Rescue Baby Turkeys from Basement

Rescued and reunited with their mother...

From the Eastham Fire Department:

At approximately 9:00am, Eastham Fire received a report of two baby turkeys stuck in a basement off Hay road.

All of the babies appeared to be uninjured.

Under the direction of Wild Care, firefighters were able to safely remove the babies and reunite them with their mother.
