Job #1 – Administrative Assistant – Mid Cape Full Time: The ideal candidate must be able to perform office administrative duties such as but not limited to: Answering phones; scheduling/dispatching; ordering parts/equipment; pulling work permits from local towns; customer billing and general office duties. Must have strong written and verbal skills. Must possess strong customer service skills and be proficient in computer usage. Previous experience in a plumbing or heating and cooling company preferred. Salary range $15.00-$20.00 per hour commensurate with experience and offering full benefits.
Job #2 – Catering Operations Manager – Lower Cape Full Time: Manage, coordinate and execute wedding and social bookings. Monitor all contractual agreements pertaining to meeting space, food & beverage and concessions. Participate and lead site visits, planning meetings, client tastings and pre-event meetings. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of Catering Sales experience, primarily handling social wedding clientele required. Ability to travel for sales calls and regional tradeshows. Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform duties of the position.
