Develop policies that ensure regulatory compliance and high quality of care. LICSW, LMHC, Ph.D. preferred. 5+ years of clinical experience in a behavioral health program setting is required. Salary range $85,000 to $90,000 annually with benefits.

Job #2 – Case Mgr./Recovery Specialist/Medication Coordinator – Mid Cape Full Time: Enhance recovery potential of families without permanent housing. Works to develop and implement a service plan to increase skills and competency, support recovery efforts and program compliance, and manage medication storage and distribution. Must have experience working in recovery focused environments. Should be computer literate, and detail oriented. Requires an active LADC/CADC, equivalent education, or personal recovery experience.

Job #2 – Administrative Assistant – Mid Cape Full Time: Welcome visitors, answer telephones, assist with setting up rooms for staff trainings, send regular and express mail packages, order and maintain office supplies. Must prepare forms for submission to Accounts Payable vouchers, cab vouchers, charges for services and supports notifications, purchasing requests, etc. Audit money logs monthly. Complete monthly billing. Attend Staff Meetings, take minutes. Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years of age. Salary starts at $15.86 per hour with extensive benefits.

Job #3 – Town Planner – Outer Cape Full Time: Provides professional advice to officials, departments, boards and committees focused on the development, implementation and administration of policies, goals, regulations, and statutory requirements regarding land use controls, housing and community development matters. Performs research, analysis and policy development in the area of short-range, long-range and strategic planning. Bachelor’s degree preferably in urban or municipal planning; Master’s Degree preferred and 5 years’ experience in related field. Salary range of $36.02 to $45.10 per hour with great benefits.
