Standing with Israel in 2018: Challenges and Opportunities

Hadassah Northeast offers presentation on facts and how to advocate for Israel

Plymouth, MA — The Northeast Chapter of Hadassah is offering interested parties to attend a dynamic presentation to learn the facts about Israel; how to advocate for Israel; and how to use social media to influence the narrative about Israel.

The presentation will include representatives from ‘StandWithUs”, “Israel Advocacy Alliance”, and the “Israel American Council.”

Three dates and three locations are in place for the presentation.  On July 25, 2018 at 1:00pm the presentation will take place at the Plymouth Public Library located at 132 South Street in Plymouth, MA.   On September 6, 2018 at 7:00pm at Temple Emanual, 7 Haggetts Pond Road in Andover, MA; and on September 27, 2018 at 7:00pm at the Jewish Community Center of the North Shore, 4 Community Road in Marblehead, MA.

Hadassah, the largest women’s organization of its kind with 330,000 members in the United States raises money for the Hadassah Medical Organization in Jerusalem which supports two world class hospitals, cutting edge medical research which is shared throughout the world, humanitarian medical support where needed and the rescue of at risk youth in Israel and beyond.  Hadassah also advocates for gender equity in the workplace and medical research and supports the empowerment of women in all areas.

There are two Hadassah Chapters available to those who live in the Southeastern part of Massachusetts. Hadassah Plymouth encompasses all surrounding communities and the Pine Hills.  Hadassah Cape Cod is available to those living on or near Cape Cod.
