Take a Sunday Stroll at Lyman Reserve

August 5th with Buzzards Bay Coalition

PLYMOUTH, Mass. – Get outside and take a Sunday Stroll with the Buzzards Bay Coalition and Southcoast Health at Lyman Reserve (110 Red Brook Rd., Plymouth), on August 5 at 10:00 a.m. Sunday Strolls are a monthly series of free mid-morning walks led by a Buzzards Bay Coalition environmental educator and health professionals from Southcoast Health.

During this leisurely one-hour walk, participants can take in the ecologically rich swamps, woodlands and sandy shores of this diverse reserve, which spans the borders of Bourne, Plymouth and Wareham. You'll get some fresh air and exercise all while learning how to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle.
