Will implement community-based employment services on Cape Cod. Provides direct supervision to Employment Specialists and is responsible for the hiring, performance evaluation and termination of staff. Must have Bachelor’s degree in related human service or business field, independent means of transportation, satisfactory driving and acceptable criminal background check, and ability to work flexible hours, including possibly evenings and weekends. Salary $47,500 annually with extensive benefits.

Job #2 – Director of Finance & Administration – Upper Cape Full Time: Primary responsibility is to provide direction and management of financial resources to enhance the goals of the institution in a manner consistent with its mission and current and future fiscal health. Works to implement best business practices, procedures, and systems throughout the institution to insure sound fiscal management. Develop, implement and oversee annual operating budget. Manage the Business Office Manager, Human Resources Coordinator, Shore Facilities Coordinator, Fiscal Coordinator and Network Administrator. Substantial experience in establishing fiscal controls and in providing financial management for a school, college, not for profit or other equivalent experience and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, finance or related field required. CPA or masters level preferred.

Job #2 - Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Outer Cape Full Time: Customer sales and service of commercial lines insurance policies. Must have ability to resolve client concerns and issues. Responsible for review of and recommendation for insurance coverage for clients. Three years minimum Commercial Lines insurance agency experience is required. Personal Lines experience is a plus. Must have working knowledge of insurance agency management software, insurance rating software and Microsoft Office. Applied Epic insurance agency management system experience is a plus. Salary range $45,000 to $60,000 annually with fantastic benefits package.

Job #3 - Seamless Gutter and Downspout Installer - Cape wide Full Time: Will drive a 16-foot Box Truck, load equipment and materials each day, measure jobs and make seamless aluminum gutters and downspouts per the measurements, install gutters and downspouts at customer sites Cape Wide. Must be able to carry and use ladders and be familiar with carpentry tools. We are willing to train motivated individuals. MA Driver’s license required.
