Falmouth resident wins instant ticket grand prize

August 16, 2018 – Tuck Hayashi of Falmouth is the third grand prize winner in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “$50,000 a Year for Life” instant game.

Hayashi chose the cash option on his prize and received a one-time payment of $770,000 (less tax withholdings). He plans on investing his winnings.

Hayashi’s winning ticket was purchased at The Liquor Locker, 3021 Cranberry Highway in Wareham. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for its sale of the ticket.

Two $50,000 a Year for Life prizes still remains in the $2 “$50,000 a Year for Life” instant game.
