Chatham COA to Host Program on Medicare Open Enrollment

CHATHAM – On Monday, October 15th, at 1pm, the Chatham Council on Aging will hold a Free Presentation providing important information on Medicare Open Enrollment at the COA.  All are welcome. Medicare Beneficiaries—Don’t Delay! Once again it’s time to review your Medicare health and prescription coverage. Medicare’s Annual Open Enrollment runs from October 15 —December 7. Tracey Benson, Regional SHINE Director will be at the COA to present important information about the changes for Plans available for 2019.  During the Open Enrollment period, you can enroll, dis-enroll or switch your Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plan or Medicare Advantage Plan (HMO, PPO).  Consider joining us for Gourmet Luncheon Beforehand, at Noon.  On the menu for Luncheon is: Lemony Baked Cod with an Orzo Pilaf, Garlicky Green Beans, and Autumnal Fruit Crisp for dessert. Tickets for Lunch are $7. The Presentation is Free. Transportation is available.
