Job #1 – Assistant General Manager – Mid Cape

Full Time: A great opportunity to work with a dynamic hospitality team at a well-established oceanfront resort with a staff of 160 serving 238 guest rooms from April through October. Although the resorts operate seasonally, the AGM is a full-time, year-round salaried position with excellent benefits. Ideal candidates will have a background in rooms and food and beverage with a passion for excelling in guest service, communication, team building and attention to detail. Also required are a flexible work schedule, strong leadership and computer skills and a commitment to working as a team to achieve results.

Job #2 – Outside Sales Representative – Upper Cape

Full Time: Equipped with a company vehicle and excellent industry training, the Sales Representative i out in the communities meeting with new and existing customers. Sales appointments are typically pre-arranged with customers who have already expressed a need, giving a head start on the selling process. The Sales Representative visit typically begins with an inspection of the home to diagnose the issue (which may include getting in attics and crawlspaces) and be followed by a presentation of a recommended Service Plan to the customer.  Must be high school graduate or equivalent, have valid drivers license and have good aptitude for basic math.  Sales experience preferred but not required.
