Rain exits eastern MA/RI this morning, otherwise mostly cloudy and chilly w/ highs in the 40s. Pockets of minor coastal flooding expected along the eastern MA coast at midday. A soaking rain returns Mon pm into early Tue, with any wet snow confined to the Berks.

Rain, mainly before noon. Patchy fog between 9am and noon. High near 49. Breezy, with a north wind 14 to 24 mph, with gusts as high as 38 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.
Tonight
Patchy fog between midnight and 1am. Otherwise, cloudy, with a low around 44. North wind 5 to 9 mph becoming light after midnight.
Monday
Rain likely, mainly after 5pm. Cloudy, with a high near 47. Light and variable wind becoming southeast 12 to 17 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.
Monday Night
Rain, mainly before 3am. The rain could be heavy at times. Patchy fog after 9pm. Low around 46. Windy, with an east wind 25 to 30 mph becoming south 18 to 23 mph after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New precipitation amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible.
