Barred Owl Hit by Car, Rescued by Falmouth Marine &Environment

From the Falmouth Department of Marine & Environment:

This barred owl was picked up from Homestead Lane this morning.

Its injuries indicate that it was most likely hit by a car.

The owl was rushed to Cape Wildlife Center where it received and exam and emergency care.
