Updated snow and ice forecast maps for MA, RI and CT. Heaviest snow & ice after midnight. Heavy rain Sunday in RI and southeast MA may result in flooding. Then all standing water/slush rapidly freezes 3 pm - 6 pm followed by bitterly cold wind chills Sun night/Mon AM.
