Falmouth Police Bust Drunk Driver Over Three Times the Legal Limit

Driver first observed operating erratically...

From the Falmouth Police Department (verbatim):

Drunk driver over three times the legal limit.

Saturday evening an officer stopped a car on Sandwich Rd. for operating erratically.

During the stop the officer suspected the operator to be under the influence of alcohol. Field sobriety tests were administered and the operator failed.

As a result, the 31-year-old operator from Belmont was placed under arrest for OUI-Liquor.

She took the breathalyzer test and the results showed her Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) was over three times the legal limit (.26%).
