Job #1 – Route Sales Representative – Nantucket

Full Time:  Check-in with store decision maker, check-in delivery, obtain signatures, collect proof of delivery. Use equipment (e.g. carts, pallets, etc.) to unload products and take merchandise cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products. Rotate products and remove defective and out-of-date products and process returns and credits. Tidy up shelves and displays, knock down boxes and dispose of any waste. Start times typically begin between three o’clock and seven o’clock in the morning. Hours per week average 50 to 60 hours and include weekend and/or holiday work in all weather conditions. Must be 21 years old. Though no CDL required, will need to pass DOT physical and certification. Salary is $60,000 annually with full benefits.

Job #2 – Exhibitor Services Call Representative – Upper Cape

Full Time: Answer incoming phone lines, maintain Exhibitor Services sales email box, provide daily support for online Chat, and respond to emails and web chats accurately, professionally and within department standards. Research callers order history to provide current product information and process new orders. Understand how to download apps and assist exhibitors through steps to download and activate them. High School Diploma or equivalent required, and at least two years’ experience in a customer support or service environment. Salary range $15.00 to $19.00 per hour commensurate with experience and provides great benefits.
