Job #1 – Assistant Resort Manager – Mid Cape

Full Time: Assist in management of resort’s daily operation, maintain established costs and quality standards. Maintain the resort’s assets, develop the human resources and owner/guest satisfaction, and assist in all financial responsibilities of the resort. Will also be responsible for assisting in all board communications as well as meetings. Responsible for recruiting, training and ongoing training of all staff. High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred, 2 years Hospitality Management, knowledge of daily operations of front desk, reservations, yield management and problem resolution. Knowledge of vacation ownership is preferred but not required. Competent with MS Office Suite.

Job #2 – IT Support Specialist – Upper Cape

Full Time: Identify, diagnose, and resolve problems for users regarding software and hardware, networking and infrastructure; communicate solutions to end-users, correct application issues, solve network and security problems and identify common PC software and hardware problems, manage and administer various I.T. related services, such as cell and telephone networks, municipal software and services, and be on call for emergency situations. High School Diploma / GED Required, Associates Degree or higher preferred. Three years or more of responsible experience in an information technology environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Salary range is $22.08 - $28.83/hr.
