From the National Weather Service:

A cold and windy day is ahead as highs only top out in the 20s, before falling to between zero and 10 above in most of the region tonight.

We're monitoring the potential for narrow bands of snow showers to affect parts of Connecticut and neighboring areas of Massachusetts and western Rhode Island this afternoon. It's possible one location will receive a quick dusting of snow while neighboring areas have nothing at all or just flurries. Definitely something to keep an eye on this afternoon!
