Man on Probation Wearing GPS Bracelet Violates Curfew, Arrested

Sunday evening a probation officer notified Falmouth Police that a 60-year-old East Falmouth man on probation had violated his curfew.

A Warrant of Apprehension for the probation violation was issued along with the subject’s location which was obtained from his GPS bracelet. The suspect was quickly located at a local restaurant and placed in custody.
