PIPPIN Opens May 9th at Cape Cod Theatre Company/HJT

WEST HARWICH, MA – Cape Cod Theatre Company will present PIPPIN - one of Stephen Schwartz’s iconic musical masterpieces.  It opens May 9 and will run through June 9.

With the book by Roger O. Herson and an infectious and unforgettable score from this four-time Grammy winner and three-time Oscar winner, PIPPIN is the story of a young prince, heir to the Frankish throne, in search of the secret to true happiness.

James P. Byrne is the Director for the show; Terry Norgeot is the Choreographer, and Robert Wilder is Musical Director. 

The cast for PIPPIN includes: Alex G. Boyle as Pippin; Brittany Rolfs as Leading Player; Sara Plunkett as Fastrada; Emma Fitzpatrick as Catherine; Ted Vitale as King;; Justin West as Lewis; Sara-Ann Semedo as Berthe; Melanie Clarke, Ariana Goyette, and Kierstyn Bohl as the Trio; and Brendan Cloney, Shiloh Pabst, Hannah Reggio and Ryan Sheehan as the Ensemble and Aiden Langhorne, Song, and Phanuel Rauschenbach as Theo.

PIPPIN opens May 9 and runs Thursdays at 7 p.m.; Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m.; and Sundays at 4 p.m.  The last show will be Sunday, June 9.
