Dennis Fire Department Statement on Route 6 Rollover

From the Dennis Fire Department:

At 8:12PM the Dennis fire along with the State Police responded to a reported rollover on Route 6 just west of Exit 9 in the east bound lane.

When fire crews arrived they found the Mazda on its side into the trees.

The woman driver, who lives in Yarmouth, had narrowly escaped with minor non-life threating injuries. She was treated at the scene by Dennis paramedics.

Driver stated she “was going out for dinner when she lost control on the wet pavement”.

The Yarmouth fire department assisted Dennis fire by securing the vehicle with stabilizing jacks while the patient was removed from the car.

State Police are investigating the incident.
