Job #1 – Program Manager/Youth Services – Mid Cape

Full Time: Maintain and manage all active grant funded programs. Oversee /manage grant databases as required. Assist in seeking out additional funding. Grant writing and reporting responsibilities to sustain funding at local, state and federal levels, private foundations, corporate giving, economic development councils, etc. Manage the day to day operation of the Youth Council which includes interaction with academic partners, interns, planning of activities, and guest speakers. Assist with the development of the annual budget. College degree preferred, prior supervisory experience required. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Salary range $40,000-$50,000 annually with benefits. APPLICATION DEADLINE JUNE 7, 2019

Job #2 – Technical Director – Nantucket

Full Time: Ensure all equipment is maintained and stored properly, including lights, movie screens, projector room, and sound equipment. Conduct daily inspections of equipment to include management of remote monitoring contracts, satellite maintenance, scheduling repairs, etc. Assistant in event preparation such as stage change overs, seating, etc. Design lighting, sets and sound for theatre productions. Knowledge of technical equipment and methods, including film equipment (Christie, Doremi, etc.). At least 5 years of experience in related technical field required. At least 2 years of experience in management role, including hiring and managing labor and maintenance personnel, required. Associates degree or higher preferred.
