Job #1 – Front Office Manager – Lower Cape

Full Time: Overall responsibility for supervising Guest Service Agents, Night Auditors, and bell staff. Provide guidance and direction to all associates to ensure they are adhering to all hotel policies, standards, procedures and regulations. Ability to perform all front office functions both quickly and efficiently along with functioning as a technical department resource and providing training for new hires. Frequently serves as Manager on Duty. Considerable knowledge of computer systems for registration, reservations and backup systems. Above average mathematical comprehension to understand and interpret numbers as they apply to operations in hotels. Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.

Job #2 – Human Resources Assistant – Martha’s Vineyard

Full Time: Manage the outlook calendar and set up meetings. Request Purchase Orders (PO) for invoices, contracts/agreements, proposals and quotes/estimates. Assist with minutes for meetings. Assists HR department with special projects. Process expense reports. Assist HR with advertisements for recruiting. Assists in special projects and other administrative and clerical duties. Assist with MS-Word, Excel and MS-PowerPoint documents. Associates degree, preferred. Minimum one-year applicable work experience required.
