Job #1 – Group Care Worker – Lower Cape

Full Time: Daily coordination of direct-care staff and youth in executing the plan of the day.

Participate in the development and implementation of Individual Service Plans. Facilitate or assign lead of daily groups. Conduct documented supervision of Group Care Worker I and other assigned staff. Report serious incidents to on-site supervisor or on-call staff.

Conduct and submit staff supervisions and performance evaluations in a timely fashion.

Recommend employee disciplinary or corrective action plans. Bachelor’s or better in Criminal Justice or related field preferred and 2 years’ years related experience with population. This is a 2nd shift position and the pay rate is $18.44 per hour with extensive benefits.

Job #2 – Bookkeeper – Mid Cape

Full Time: Responsible for all accounts receivable and payable. Perform human resources administration as directed by the Program Director. Duties include recording all invoices, assuring they have been signed off on by Department Supervisors and correct account codes noted. Document all deposits assuring they are entered into correct accounts and recorded against Pledges Receivables correctly. Process all Accounts Payables weekly. Post all payrolls into QuickBooks. Assist in Budget and Audit processes, prepare all monthly and quarterly reports, and perform monthly reconciliations of all Balance Sheet GL Account. Prepare and file all Sales Tax reports & returns Quarterly. Must have a minimum 5 years of experience with QuickBooks.
