Job #1 – Custodian – Mid Cape/Cape wide

Full Time:  Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas on a regular basis (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.). Execute deeper cleaning tasks and special projects when required. Will be responsible for traveling to and cleaning locations within a 45-mile radius. Close out work orders upon completion via cell phone or Computerized Maintenance Management System via computer access at facilities. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, tools and materials. Responsible for maintaining company supplied vehicle and phone. MA Driver’s license with good driving record required. Salary starts at $15.00 per hour and offers full benefits. Work day ends at 9:00 PM.

Job #2 – Office Assistant – Upper Cape

Full Time: Administrative Duties include scheduling, running errands, stocking supplies, sorting and sending mail, answering and routing calls. Experience with a service-oriented operation is a must. Experience within a construction company or property management would be ideal. Proficiency with MS Word & Excel are a must. A friendly, customer service-oriented approach to our clients is vital. Prior employer references are required. 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position is required. Salary range is $17.00-$20.00 per hour.
