People for Cats - Trixie and Sam

A pair of ten-year-old siblings, loving but a bit shy...
Sam and Trixie are a pair of loving siblings with lots of room in their hearts for a new human. (PFC photo)

Trixie and Sam are a sweet pair of domestic short hair siblings. Trixie is a pretty tortoiseshell lady with marbled black and orange fur, while Sam is a handsome orange tabby with white gentleman. These two are 10-years young and in very good health. They keep getting overlooked because they are on the shy side, but both have shown themselves to be gentle and affectionate cats when you spend a bit of time with them. They love being with people and will make a lucky family excellent cat companions. Trixie and Sam came in to PFC when their previous owner became too ill to care for them. They have always lived together and are a bonded pair, so we are seeking to adopt them out together. The adoption fee for senior kitties such as Trixie and Sam is less than half of our normal fee. So we are looking for an angel who is willing to give this very sweet pair a 2nd chance at a “fur-ever” home.

If you would like to visit with Trixie and Sam or one of our other equally deserving cats, come in to the shelter at 44 Beagle Lane in Teaticket. We are open to the public on Wednesdays from 4 to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Hotline: 508-540-5654, press #0 if you have cat related issues, questions or for further information about People For Cats, or press #2 if you need financial assistance for veterinary care for your cat.
