Three Cape Students Earn Degrees from Western New England University

SPRINGFIELD, MA - Western New England University congratulates over 600 students who received their academic degrees.

  • Dylan W. Derby, of Buzzards Bay (02532), graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS Business Administration in Management & Leadership from Western New England University during the May 18 commencement ceremonies.
  • Melissa Rose Alden, of Marstons Mills (02648), graduated with a Master of Laws in Elder Law & Estate Planning from Western New England University during the May 19 commencement ceremonies.
  • Steven F. Tully, of East Sandwich (02537), graduated with a BS Business Administration in Sport Management from Western New England University during the May 18 commencement ceremonies.

Celebrating its Centennial in the year 2019, Western New England University is a private, independent, coeducational institution. Located on an attractive 215-acre suburban campus in Springfield, Massachusetts, Western New England serves 3,974 students, including 2,629 full-time undergraduate students. Undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs are offered through Colleges of Arts and Sciences, Business, Engineering, Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and the School of Law.
