Upcoming Events at West Falmouth Library

A little something for everyone...

West Falmouth Library will be closed Saturday, October 12th, for a private event.

At 1:30pm on Tuesday, October 22nd (Falmouth Schools Early Release Day), Falmouth-based magician Bob Riordan will teach YOU ARE MAGIC! at West Falmouth Library. Children between the ages of 8 and 12 will learn basic magic skills which will enable them to amaze their family and friends. During this 90 minute interactive class, students will learn magic effects that will enable them to astonish and amuse in an enjoyable and encouraging setting. Space is limited. Call the Library at 508-548-4709 to register. $15 per child.  

Join us on Thursday, October 24th at 2:30pm, when representatives from the Falmouth Genealogical Society will be at West Falmouth Library with a presentation that will help you get started. Attendees will learn how to take the first steps in a genealogical journey; where to look for relevant information; how to keep information organized and finally where to get help when needed. Monthly literary groups at West Falmouth Library, 575 West Falmouth Highway. World of Books meets Wednesday, November 6th at 3:45pm. Discussing The Hilltop by Assaf Gavron. WFL Book Group next meets on Tuesday, November 12th at 1:30pm. Discussing “Where the Crawdads Sing” by Delia Owens.
