Honda CRV Strikes Guard Rail, Flips on its Roof

Driver self-extricated, suffered non-life-threatening injuries...

From the Dennis Fire Department:

A Honda CRV traveling west bound on Route 6 struck a guard rail at 01:04 AM. The vehicle’s left front tire was ripped off flipping the vehicle on its roof. The accident happened just before the road goes to two lanes on each side.

The driver of the vehicle was able to crawl out of the vehicle prior to the fire departments arrival.

The driver was treated and transported to Cape Cod Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries by Dennis ambulance.

The Dennis and Harwich Fire department’s respond collectively into that portion of the highway under a joint agreement.

The accident is under investigation by the Mass State Police.
