Falmouth Police - Scooter Operator Seriously Injured with Crash vs. Vehicle

70 year old suffers multiple serious injuries...

On 11/06/19 at approximately 14:50 hours, members of the Falmouth Police and Fire Departments responded to the intersection of John Parker Road and Sandwich Road in regard to a motor vehicle crash involving a motor scooter. Upon arrival officers located the operator of the scooter, a 70 year old East Falmouth man, on the ground. He received multiple serious injuries as a result of the collision and was transported to Falmouth Hospital for treatment. The operator of the second vehicle involved, remained on scene and was cooperative with the police.

The crash remains under investigation by the Falmouth Police Department and Massachusetts State Police’s Accident Reconstruction Team.
